Business owners never have enough time in a day to achieve all the things they have set out to do and
because of this I have decided to reformat my newsletters so that they are more
like laser coaching sessions rather than lengthy articles that take valuable time
to read and absorb.
So, here's my promise to you - regular, short and direct
laser coaching letters that will make you pause and think about the different
aspects of your business that you tend to forget about while you are busy
trying to make a living. These are the kind of questions I use with my regular
clients that help them to make great business decisions that lead to greater
profitability and less stress.

What Is Your USP?
Unique Selling Proposition - what is it? It is the one thing that makes you
stand out from your direct and indirect competitors.
Here are some questions to ponder and, when you have the
answer, act upon.
What unique thing are you offering your clients that keep them coming
back to you? (Here's a tip - don't just answer with "great customer service"
because that kind of answer is just too vague to be useful to you).
All business owners believe they are offering great customer
service but why is your customer service better than your competitors? Be specific.
Is it really better? How do you know this for sure?
What can you offer to your clients that they simply can't
get somewhere else?
Could it be a unique product, service, advice, follow up or
something else of value to your customers?
If you don't have one, how will you get it?
Finally, how are you telling your customers you have it?
