This program in designed for small businesses with up to 8 staff who are responsible for contributing to the turnover of the business.  It is particularly successful in personal services businesses but is also excellent for retail or sales based businesses where high level staff performance is necessary to the success of the business.

DYNAMIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Initially, the Dynamic Business Development Programme will guide you through all the important and often neglected aspects of your business. During this programme you will develop a comprehensive understanding of what your business needs to thrive and to avoid costly mistakes. Development of your business plan will also be covered.

Minimum 6 months with 2 hours of face to face coaching per month

1 DAY BUSINESS ANALYSIS

The one day analysis is a quick approach to finding out what you can do to implement changes that will have the biggest impact on the performance of your business.  It involves an indepth look at procedures and processes in your business complimented by an Action Plan for you to use after the session is complete.

1 to 1 PHONE COACHING

If you would like to reap all the rewards of coaching but 2 hours of sit down, face to face coaching per month is more than you can manage because of distance or time restraints then you are the ideal candidate to embrace all the benefits of coaching by phone.  Here's why phone coaching is so successful for so many people:

1. Distance is no object!  You can connect with the "right" coach for you and your business without letting locality be the deciding factor.

2. Phone Coaching is very intensive.  Without the distraction of physical actions, surroundings or personal appearance you can truly focus on getting the outcomes you want.  Phone coaching allows the focus of attention to stay on you.

3. Phone Coaching is much more efficient.  No time is wasted during phone coaching.  You move into the heart of the session quickly and therefore maximise your results.

4. Phone Coaching is more economical.  Without the need for you or your coach to travel, there is the ability to reduce costs and deliver better value for money.

Phone Coaching is more relaxed and convenient.  With phone coaching you can structure your coaching to meet your personal needs.  You don't even have to change out of your pyjamas if you don't want to! Another added bonus is that your coach will also be more refreshed by not having to negotiate their way through busy traffic to reach you.

6. Phone Coaching is highly confidential.  No one can accidentally overhear your coaching conversation because you choose the location so you are able to be more open and straighforward with your coach.  This helps to achieve results much more quickly.
